Birding diary Kidwelly Quay – Feb 14th

Usual suspects on the estuary- I saw little grebes, curlew, redshank, lapwing and quite alot of teal. There were flocks of shelduck further out from the quay. Highlight was the sighting of an elusive water rail on the canal by a patch of reeds.
